fanchat is an entertainment, social chat, and learning-support service where users can chat with ai-generated character experiences, use homework tutors, send direct messages, and participate in public character rooms.

by using fanchat, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

you must be at least 13 years old to use fanchat. if you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use fanchat only with permission from a parent or guardian.

you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. fanchat may create an anonymous session so the app can work before you finish signing up.

character responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not statements from the real person, estate, brand, or rights holder unless fanchat clearly says otherwise.

ai output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. do not rely on fanchat for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.

homework tutors are learning aids, not teachers, schools, exam authorities, or a guarantee of grades. students should check important answers against their course materials and teacher guidance.

messages in public character rooms may be visible to other participants in that room. direct chats are not shown as public room messages, but they are still processed by fanchat to provide the service.

we may review, remove, restrict, or report content when needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or to enforce these terms.

you keep ownership of content you submit to fanchat. you give fanchat permission to host, store, display, process, moderate, and use that content to operate, protect, and improve the service.

only submit content that you have the right to share. do not post private information about others without permission.

do not use fanchat to break the law, harass people, threaten harm, exploit or sexualize minors, impersonate others deceptively, post spam, upload malware, scrape the service, or bypass safety and access controls.

do not use fanchat to create or request content that infringes someone else's rights or violates another person's privacy.

coins, gifts, and similar virtual items are a limited license to use app features. they have no cash value, are not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside fanchat unless we explicitly allow it.

purchases and grants may be limited, changed, reversed, or removed when required by law, payment rules, security issues, or abuse prevention.

fanchat may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. we may also update these terms, and the updated version applies after it is posted or otherwise communicated.

we may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account creates risk, violates these terms, or could harm fanchat, users, or third parties.

fanchat is provided as is and as available. to the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

to the extent allowed by law, fanchat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.
